Jessica Bates lives on the outskirts of Nashville, Tennessee, with her family. She likes long hot baths, long steamy books, and howling at the full moon.
Jessica released Birth & What Came After: poems on motherhood on May 9, 2017. She plans to release a second collection of motherhood poems in the spring of 2019 with a section on miscarriage and loss.
